Technique de contention devenue aujourd’hui incontournable, le taping agit sur la peau à l’aide de bande adhésive qui crée une interaction entre les muscles et les nerfs. L’action du K-taping est de réduire les tensions au niveau des structures musculo-tendineuse afin d’améliorer le soulagement de la douleur, la réduction de l'inflammation et l'amélioration de la circulation sanguine et lymphatique. Les bandes de taping peuvent ainsi aider à soutenir les muscles et les articulations en agissant sur les fascias, à corriger la posture et à améliorer la proprioception (la capacité du corps à se percevoir dans l'espace). test
